In 2021, Nina graduated from UGent. For the next year and a half, she stayed at the university, where she researched the impact of chronic mycotoxin exposure on our health. In 2023, she started working as junior innovation manager at Flanders' FOOD. Here she works on the projects under the 'New and Shifting Resources' programme. Her experience as a scientific researcher and her interest in nutrition come in handy here.
